These poolside steps had settled away from the top landing. These steps were not a candidate for lifting. We doweled reinforcement rods through the steps into the landing foundation- a standard procedure that was missed by the original installer. The steps were resurfaced with a slightly taller rise to make them all consistent. The stairs and landing were resurfaced with a polymer mortar to ensure adhesion and it gave the stairs a consistent and fresh look.
